Does your daughter do gymnastics at home non-stop? Is she always talking about performing in competitions and wanting to go to the Olympics? Well, here is her chance to experience that dream!
As the world prepares for another summer of athletic achievements in Paris, we would like to have our own athlete celebration here at Gravity! This spring our Gravity showcase will be in a competition format, called the Summer Games Competition. This competition is an opportunity for your child to perform gymnastics routines, one at a time, in front of judges and an audience!

The idea behind Gravity showcases is for our students to share with parents and family what they are learning when they come to Gravity. In every class, your child grows, learns, and builds self-esteem & confidence! It is only fair that we celebrate and praise our students' efforts and growth with family and friends!
This year our show will be in a competition format! Gymnasts will have the opportunity to experience a gymnastics competition just like a competitive gymnast! They will perform routines in front of judges and have a medal ceremony.
We look forward to seeing you at the competition!

Each competition will open with a quick stretch and warm up. After that, your gymnast will show off their routines on the 4 gymnastics events. At the end of the show, to recognize their hard work, they will receive a medal in an awards ceremony.

How long are the sessions?
Each competition is scheduled to be one and a half hour in length. We'll open our doors 15 minutes before it begins. At the end of the challenge, you will have time to take pictures with your athlete.
Can I take photos?
Absolutely! You are welcome to take photos with no flash during the competition. For safety reasons we kindly ask that you stay in the seating area during the challenge.
There will be time at the end of the challenge to take photos on the floor and lobby area. Get those cameras and celebrate your child!
What should my child wear?
Your athlete should come dressed in a competitive uniform. Gymnasts must wear a leotard, hair tied up, and no jewelry.

How much experience does my child need?
Unsure if your child is ready for the competition because of being new to the class or lacking a certain skill?
No need to worry! The idea behind this competition is for our students to share with parents and family what they are learning during class. We want to give the children the opportunity to experience performing in front of an audience and living out their dream to compete!
