Keeping our Students & Families Safe
Dear Gravity Families,
We would like to reiterate that the safety of our families is our number one priority. Gravity has designed a series of safety and operational protocols to help ensure the safety of our students, parents, and staff members. In order to maintain physical distancing, Gravity provides a limited number of spaces in its Learning Hub Program.
Please take a moment to review our safety guidelines and protocols. It is imperative you understand every detail of our safety protocols so we can work together to ensure the safety of our Gravity community.
Students
- Temperature checks as student walks into facility.
- Students will not be allowed in facility if they have a temperature at or above 100.0 F.
- Student must stay home if they or anyone in their household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19.
- Practice physical distance at all times.
- As per Broward County Emergency order 20-22, students must wear their face-masks at all times.
- Students will not share any personal items. Each student brings his/her own laptop and will not share work-spaces.
- Students will attend class with comfortable clothing, preferably, sports wear.
- Students should wash hands before they arrive. They will be sanitizing hands after each rotation throughout the day.
Please understand that if your child is not able to respect social distance and follow safety instructions, he/she will not be able to participate in the Learning Hub Program for his/her own safety and the safety of other students and staff.
Parents
- Students must stay home if them or anyone in their household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19
- Temperature check as parent walks into facility.
- Students must be dropped off and picked up in the car-pool lane
- All administrative and billing needs will be handled through virtual resources
- Gravity will provide access to a secure video streaming service so parents can view class from the comfort of your home.
Staff
- Daily temperature checks
- Daily health questionnaire
- Must practice physical distancing
- Must wear mask at all times
- Must sanitize hands
Gravity will provide staff members a personal safety kit which contains: Gravity mask, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes & tissue
Facility
- Complete daily disinfection
- Hourly disinfection of common areas
- 20 hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility
- Garage doors are frequently lifted to improve ventilation.
- Windows are open during the day to improve ventilation.
- Vending machines closed
- Water fountains closed
- Limited traffic

Keep Hands Clean
Students must wash hands before you leave house. Upon arrival you will sanitize hands and after each rotation.
Physical Distance
Students will be instructed to observe physical distance throughout the day. Marks have been placed around the facility to help students identify their designated area.
Mask Use

Carpool
System
We are trying to minimize site traffic. We kindly ask that you follow instructions for our new carpool drop-off and pick-up system. Pick-up and drop-off should be done promptly at the designated times.
Physical
Distance
If you do come inside our facility, you must keep physical distance at all times. We kindly ask that you limit your time in the facility.
