Dear Gravity Families,
The safety of our students, families, and staff is our number one priority. Please take a moment to review our Spring Camp 2021 operational guidelines. It is important you become familiar with our safety protocols and discuss them with your child. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Spring Camp Safety & Operational Protocols!
Safety Protocols:
Staff
- Daily temperature checks
- Daily health questionnaire
- Must practice physical distancing
- Must wear mask at all times
- Must sanitize hands
Gravity will provide staff members a personal safety kit which contains: Gravity mask, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes & tissue
Facility
- Complete daily disinfection
- Disinfection of common areas
- 20 hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility
- Garage doors are frequently lifted to improve ventilation.
- Water fountains closed
- Limited traffic
Parents
- Students must stay home if them or anyone in their household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19
- Students must be dropped off and picked up in the car-pool lane
- Access to a secure video streaming service so parents can view camp activities from the comfort of your home.
Students
- Daily temperature checks
- Must wear a mask at all times
- Students not allowed in facility if they have a temperature at or above 100.0 F
- Student must stay home if them or anyone in their household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19
- Students must come with sandals and bring string backpack with water bottle & hand sanitizer
- Practice physical distance as instructed by teachers.
- Must arrive ready for class (avoid changing @ Gravity)
- Sanitize hands before entering gym and after each rotation.

Items need for class:
- Water Bottle
- Hand Sanitizer
- Small Container for chalk
Keep Hands Clean
You must wash your hands before you leave your house. Upon arrival you will sanitize your hands before entering the gym, and after each rotation.
Physical Distance
You need to keep 6 feet physical distance from others. We've placed marks around the gym to help you identify your designated area. Your teacher will help you!
Mask Use
You must wear your mask at all times.

System
We are trying to minimize site traffic. We kindly ask that you follow instructions for our new carpool drop-off and pick-up system. Please watch instructional video.

If you do come inside our facility, you must keep physical distance at all times. We kindly ask that you limit your time in the facility.

FAQs:
How will drop off procedures work?
In order to minimize onsite traffic, Gravity will implement a carpool drop-off system. Please see below:
- Drop off begins @ 8:15 AM sharp through our main entrance.
- Please have a sign with your child’s name on the dashboard.
- You must wear your face mask and have a pen handy.
- A staff member will approach the car and provide you with the sign in sheet.
- He/she will usher your child into the gym.
- We encourage parents to complete drop off between 8:15 & 8:30 AM.
How will pick up procedures work?
In order to minimize onsite traffic, Gravity will implement a carpool pick-up system.
- Pick-up carpool system begins @ 3:30 PM and runs until 3:45 PM. (in the back of the building)
- Please have a sign with your child’s name on the dashboard.
- You must wear your face mask and have a pen handy to sign pick-up sheet.
- A staff member will usher your child into the car.
- Those of you picking up after 3:45 PM, will have to park and enter the facility for pick up. Please limit entrance to one adult per family.
What should my child bring each day?
- String backpack
- Lunch, snacks & drinks
- Sandals or Crocs
- A change of clothes
- Face mask & zip-lock bag to put it away when not using it.
Will I be able to access LIVE streaming of camp?
Yes! Gravity will provide parents to access code to Live streaming upon registration.
Should I send snacks or lunch?
There are 2 snack breaks per day. We ask that you send snacks and drinks with your child. Please keep in mind that if they are at camp for a long time to pack lots to eat as the children are constantly moving! Lunch is held at 12PM. Refrigerators or microwaves will not be available for use. All students must bring their own lunch.
Are electronic devices allowed?
We ask that no electronic devices be sent with your child to camp. We like to encourage children to interact with each other and use their imagination and creativity. If your child needs to get in contact with you they will be allowed to call from the front office.
Does Gravity do field trips?
Because safety is our number one priority, Gravity does not do field trips. We have so many fun activities planned for the day that there is no need to leave the gym!
What should my child wear?
Athletic wear and leotards may be worn. Long hair must be tied up and all jewelry removed. Kids will be barefoot in the gym, but please send your child with easy slip on shoes for bathroom use. Also, feel free to pack a sweater as the gym gets chilly.
