What is tumbling?
Tumbling is basically just floor gymnastics. It involves acrobatic movements such as rolls, handstands, handsprings, and more. There is no other gymnastic equipment used in a tumbling class.
Who should take tumbling classes?
- Students who only want to learn floor skills; from learning your cartwheel, a back walkover, all the way up to flipping
- Current gymnasts who would like some extra help on their floor skills
- Ninjas, Dancers, or Cheerleaders looking to add extra flair into their performances.
Beginner Tumbling
New to tumbling or gymnastics? This class is for you! There are no prerequisite skills needed.
We will work on cartwheels, rolls, backbends, and more!
Intermediate Tumbling
This tumbling class is a bit harder. There are some prerequisite skills needed:
- Backbend
- Bridge Kickover
- Cartwheel
_ Round off
Advanced Tumbling
This tumbling class is our most challenging. Here are some prerequisite skills needed:
- Skills from the previous levels plus a back handspring
